GERTEC’s compact mixing and grouting systems for cement-based and other suspension slurries are typically used for geothermal applications, well drilling, specialist foundation engineering and tunnelling. They combine a high-energy colloidal mixer, buffer tank and grout pump in a single unit, providing a complete solution for mixing, recirculation, intermediate storage and controlled grouting.
High-speed batch mixers with an integrated buffer tank, together with robust progressive cavity pumps, ensure a homogeneous suspension, stable flow control and high operational reliability on site.
