Exel rail insulation components and insulating rail joints made of glass fibre. Compared with conventional heavy steel insulation components and joints, the weight is significantly lower, resulting in easier handling and a more ergonomic and gentle working process. Installation is carried out without adhesives or other hazardous materials.
Exel also manufactures a glass fibre emergency joint, used for temporary repairs in the event of rail insulation failure.
