The GERLOGG PN100 is GERTEC’s mobile data logger for recording, storing and analysing mixing and grouting data directly on site.
The unit measures flow rate, total quantity, grouting pressure and grouting duration, providing a solid basis for documentation, quality assurance and optimisation of the grouting process. The data logger is supplied on a portable base frame with a pressure sensor featuring a thick-walled membrane, an integrated flow meter with actual flow indication, and a recording and control unit housed in a protected box. This ensures robust, maintenance-free operation under demanding conditions.
The GERTEC Data Logger records data including flow rate, total quantity, grouting pressure and operating time. Data can also be linked to borehole numbers and information about the relevant construction site. This provides a structured basis for documentation and subsequent analysis of grouting work.
The GERLOGG-PN100 is designed for abrasive materials such as cement, fly-ash slurry and bentonite slurry. The system can also be used for pump control based on pressure, volume and flow.
